Probably not going to take his word because what you said makes sense every test is different and I think he was applying for electrical something to do with electrical for the MTA I'm going to take your word for it! and hope there's NO algebra on the test at all I pray there isn't 

I heard simple math so simple math to me is the basics Add/Sub Multiply/Division

That’s it ?! If that’s the case I’m pretty good at that I know the landmarks and stuff also wdym by “track diagrams “ we’re gonna have to go into the tracks
