Not sure what shooting you're referring to. I do remember R46 Car 6062 was retired after a guy deliberately left construction debris on the tracks at 14th St 4 years ago.

I know 6062 retired and one of the cars of the  6212/6214 pair took its place and the other one retired too

the one at hoyt schemerhorn a few months back, where the dude got shot with his own gun

Car 5916 is still running. It's now a lead A driver car. There was blood on the floor for months lol.

I can only hope for the R46 last ride, they put the raccoon mask back on the front end of the A-cars, and apply the blue stripe back on the Belly of the cars.

6106-6108, 6010-6012 Pitkin ((A)(C)(SR)) to Coney Island ((B) (N)(Q)(W)(SF))

It was at Coney Island few weeks ago. But, the (B) and (SF) is excluded to run in passenger service. The (B) is noted to be strictly R68/As like the (D) train.

If it is, then I wouldn’t be surprised since there are so many R211’s in Pitkin now. But keep in mind that it could also just be there for maintenance or something.

those 46s aint getting any maintenance at this point maybe the bare minimum

I can concur with this. Today I was on a R46 (N) to Canal St and that train sounded warn out, bumpy and just... tired.
