Paul P Posted November 8, 2008 Share #1 Posted November 8, 2008 Few of you know I was in NY from 31st of August - November 7th, took lots of pictures, these are the best ones. My hostel was in Harlem on 128th & Lenox Av, so I did spend a lot of time in the Bronx and more time on the IRT than ever. I tried to mess with my camera a little more this time for the quality, and I think I got it a little better, and did somewhat a good job, so EnJoY Comments welcome, thanks. * DO NOT QUOTE PLEASE ------------------------------ PART ONE On the 31st I went to Flushing and Shea Stadium also Corona Yard: 61st Street/Woodside Lexington Av/59th Street 161st Street/Yankee Stadium South Ferry East 180th Street/Yard

PATCOman Posted November 9, 2008 Share #9 Posted November 9, 2008 Cool pics! Only thing is you posted your part 2 pics twice. Did that guitar person on the ask you to indentify the song he was playing? If he did, then I have seen him on the a few times. One time I was taking an uptown to 135 Street, but he was putting on such a great show, that I decided to stay up to East 180 Street!

Paul P Posted November 9, 2008 Author Share #11 Posted November 9, 2008 Cool pics! OK, I fixed the image problem, can someone please confirm? Yes, he picks a person who he sings to and then asks you to identify the song he's playing. Pretty good singer, I think, he picked me "the guy with the diamond jacket" at Fulton St, and rode all the way up to Harlem on that Most excellent pics......IRT is looking lovely as ever...it would be nice to see a R-62A in service;) Thanks Curtis, yes me too, I would like to see it, maybe someday we will.
