danielhg121 Posted January 10, 2017 Share #13 Posted January 10, 2017 They look a lot higher off the ground compared to the older Novabus LFSAa Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
RailRunRob Posted January 10, 2017 Share #14 Posted January 10, 2017 Mechanically whats different? Did move something into the space where the window was? Or is this purely cosmetic? Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app

Via Garibaldi 8 Posted January 11, 2017 Share #16 Posted January 11, 2017 There's nothing back there Considering how ugly it looks I would've thought there were serious re-configurations. These buses aesthetically are uglier than the previous NOVAS (in the back anyway), but I do like the layout inside and that you can stand and not be in the way. Yup, for various reasons I prefer these over the Xcelsior artics.

danielhg121 Posted January 14, 2017 Share #19 Posted January 14, 2017 I don't think it has wi-fi, the new wrap for the Novabus LFSA is not done yet and is being worked on. Sent from my iPad using NYC Transit Forums mobile app

junjun441 Posted January 17, 2017 Share #21 Posted January 17, 2017 I saw it on the BX 9 today! Looks the same just no rear window. Rear window would have been cooler but during the summer it does get hot back there (needs solar protected tint). I guess that why they removed it (just like the 40 footers)...??? Rear window would have been cooler but during the summer it does get hot back there (needs solar protected tint). I guess that why they removed it (just like the 40 footers)...??? Is that the reason? They changed the back configuration? Heat issues? Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app

Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app That and the fact it required to the TA to inventory a whole new piece of glass that could only be used in that spot and on that model. Also the fact that pigs used that spot as a trashcan...

Also the fact that pigs used that spot as a trashcan... Oh yeah... people definitely did ruin that experience by throwing trash (paper bags/cups and even banana peels). Saw that ALOT on the BX12.
