I would love to see Hitachi build subway cars for us, I think their designs for Washington DC and Philadelphia are really nice but I would encourage you all to keep an eye on Siemens who just moved forward on an upstate New York plant, initially for Brightline West's HSR trains, expected to open in 2026. Depending on the size of the plant, it could also handle building subway cars at the same time.

Nothing really special, but the consist is 4185-4189 + 4224-4220. A second consist entered  service as well, 4245-4249 + 4200-4204.

There are youtube videos on the r211as running on the C. It's happening sooner than I expected.
