Don't think ppl want to spend money on that. U can appeal it yourself through DCAS or the employment center. Theyll fix it if u speak to the right person. I remember appealing it and they fixed it and ended up calling me for the job. I eventually denied it cause I was already at top pay at another dept. I wasn't going to start from scratch again. Especially not a job in the stations dept. Stations dept has too much issues within, too much politics going on.

I went to the employment center at MTA in Brooklyn the other day and they couldn’t change their own mistakes, they told me to appeal it 3rd time through CSC. If you think they are more than a help, the answer is no. 
 

If MTA replies to the CSC appeals, especially ones who hired expensive lawyers, does MTA pay fees/money to fight us back or usually the agency just surrenders and adds us back on the list?

MTA does have lawyers on stand by, but I doubt theyll fight it, especially if you have proof of your experience.

I got most of experiences written down and notarized by an agency that has notary. I even added my employers’ contact information as proof to support my experience. Along with the attorney fees, which I found a way for it, that was everything submitted to CSC to in attempt to have my rejection appealed and overturned.
