161 New York Posted December 11, 2014 Share #5 Posted December 11, 2014 wouldn't the s89 to hblr be faster (if available) x17 -> PATH is actually faster and more direct as there is a lot less walking for me. I have actually made it to JSQ in ONE HOUR on a Sunday from Eltingville Transit Center (note: I sprinted down the escalator from WTC and down the stairs to the platform). I'm a little more than one mile to Eltingville Transit Center, whereas the x17 is a five minute power walk from my place (the s55/s56 don't run weekends in case of bad weather). Also, HBLR isn't really an option, I would have to walk to the Boulevard from 34st HBLR Station to the 10 to JSQ, all other HBLR combinations (80, 87) aren't viable timewise. And since I don't work in New Jersey anymore I don't have my 3-Zone interstate pass .
Q113 LTD Posted December 11, 2014 Share #6 Posted December 11, 2014 Hey, I have a question, does all PATH trains are running full PA-5's? I do not live in New Jersey.
Cait Sith Posted December 11, 2014 Share #7 Posted December 11, 2014 Hey, I have a question, does all PATH trains are running full PA-5's? I do not live in New Jersey. PA-5s are the in-service fleet of the PATH.

161 New York Posted December 22, 2014 Share #10 Posted December 22, 2014 So far so good. They adjusted the times from the previous schedule which ensures that my x17 should have no problem making the connection. There is a sign indicating that there will/may be weekend full closures on any of the lines in the second half of 2015.
