GojiMet86 Posted August 29, 2013 Author Share #4 Posted August 29, 2013 Nice pics what is with the C40LF @ 15th picture? Its like all nude Might be one of the older C40s. MTA does have a place there, but I can't remember what it was for. There's a sign there saying what the purpose is. It seems Private Transportation, MCIZ, GO, and MTA share that lot at 2nd Avenue. EDIT: Just looked at Google Street view. It says: MTA New York City Transit Distribution Center M.O.W. Infrastructure AFC Equipment Maintenance

You know anything about that WMATA O6 in the yard there?

You know anything about that WMATA O6 in the yard there? Yes I do. I drove 3 of those orion 6 former metro buses from bethesda maryland to brooklyn new york at 85 mph. My boss bought 15 of them to chop the roof off and turn them into double deckers for citysights....he scrapped the idea because the coolant fill was on the roof (where the ppl would sit if it was a double decker) then sandy drowned them.....im 6 foot 2 and the water marks were over my head. Scrap now.

FamousNYLover Posted February 3, 2014 Share #15 Posted February 3, 2014 Sorry to bring up old topic, today, I went to Brooklyn Whole Food by Gowanus Canal and since Coney Island-bound and Church Av-bound was during EXP to Church Av, I got off at Smith-9th Sts and when I walk north on 2nd St, I saw another private bus garage that houses CitySightNY, GoBus charter bus and B110 bus (2nd Av between 7th & 5th Sts) If anyone want to get picture, you could walk past here.
