I had decided beforehand that it was the day to record the entire Q69 trip (the trip, along with the Bus-Bridge Shuttle, the Rockaway Shuttle, and the train will be up as soon as I can compress the videos and join them). Anyway, I just found out with this post that you can post more than 10 videos:

 

 

Second time in a week I catch #8889 and its perpetual, never-say-die ad:

The ride back on #8942 was funny. I started recording at QBP, and the bus leaves. Soon, I see a Bee on the Q39 and turn my camera at it. But the bus operator thinks I’m recording him and tells me that I can’t record the bus driver. So when I stopped recording and got to the front of the bus, he asks me why I was recording, and I tell him it’s because I like buses and because I’m a busfan. And then he’s like “What?! Are you serious?! Get outta here”. Then he asks me to name #8942, “a T80-206 RTS”, and the year it was made, “1996 or 1997, can’t remember”, then the bus in front (#4512) “Orion VII NG HLF”. And then he just wow. Anyway, I told him that about busfanning and all that stuff, and at the end he’s like “Just don’t put me in a magazine”, heh.
