Are they sure they want to run this GO that Saturday? Yankee Stadium does have a soccer match at 1pm that day. I guess they won't run soccer specials for the that day then, since there won't be anywhere to stage them...

Deucey Posted May 18, 2017 Share #1385 Posted May 18, 2017 So goes between Chambers St on the and 205 St. How's that work without delaying since the empty track is north of the station? http://www.nycsubway.org/perl/caption.pl?/img/trackmap/pm_lower_manhattan.png
Kingsbridgeviewer382 Posted May 18, 2017 Share #1386 Posted May 18, 2017 So goes between Chambers St on the and 205 St. How's that work without delaying since the empty track is north of the station? http://www.nycsubway.org/perl/caption.pl?/img/trackmap/pm_lower_manhattan.png The is going express (staying on the same track) after 59 Street, then switching to the Track after Canal Street. It won't delay and Trains as both of them are going local after 59 Street so they can switch over to the after West 4 Street.
N6 Limited Posted May 18, 2017 Share #1387 Posted May 18, 2017 The is going express (staying on the same track) after 59 Street, then switching to the Track after Canal Street. It won't delay and Trains as both of them are going local after 59 Street so they can switch over to the after West 4 Street. I believe the is actually going to the Chambers St station/Platform and not switching to the World Trade Center platform.

danielhg121 Posted May 20, 2017 Share #1392 Posted May 20, 2017 There's a switch before entering the tunnel. So trains entering on the upper level can switch back or they can continue on to the curve and backtrack on the middle one. Idk which one they chose to do.
