Around the Horn Posted August 14, 2016 Share #3858 Posted August 14, 2016 That train probably dumped at 36 Street and used the middle track at 9th Avenue to turn around. Was it signed up for 9th Avenue? I would have checked out the line, but it was way too hot and humid today. MysteriousBtrain Posted August 29, 2016 Share #3868 Posted August 29, 2016 Well tonight I got stuck on an uptown between Spring St and Canal St. Stood there for a good 15 min before we backtracked to Brooklyn Bridge. Then it took about 5 to crossover to Fulton St. I took some clips here and there since it was something not experienced much. I had to revise a little bit because of issues with some retard thinking I was recording them, but not going into too much detail there........

Abba Posted August 29, 2016 Share #3872 Posted August 29, 2016 Sounds like the main problem was on the downtown tracks leading to 6th ave line.and the D trains had no way to get back to its Brooklyn West End route so other trains like the F and R took it over.

Around the Horn Posted August 29, 2016 Share #3875 Posted August 29, 2016 I understand the , but the too? They probably just ran the AM rush deadheads in service from 36 Street, instead of running all the way down to 95th and deadheading back up.
