BM5 via Woodhaven Posted August 12, 2022 Share #7657 Posted August 12, 2022 There was no local service along Lexington Avenue north of 14th Street earlier today because of a bicycle on the tracks at 51st Street. Initially reported as a train with mechanical problem, so it's likely the train ran over it and/or got stuck somewhere. All trains were running express in both directions north of 14th, and some trains were rerouted via the in Manhattan.

Changes to Service trains have resumed service between Delancey St-Essex St and Forest Hills-71 Av in both directions. Some trains may still end early to avoid congestion: Some northbound trains will run on the line from 42 St-Port Authority Bus Terminal to 168 St, the last stop.
