Fred G Posted June 11, 2008 Share #1 Posted June 11, 2008 The good news is that 125 is finally in revenue service but the bad news is that it's reported that its HEP unit had problems this afternoon. Ouch, bad day to have electrical outages. I heard that they bustituted passengers. Here are some photos I took this morning before it got too hot. At Waterbury Station Crossing the Naugatuck River in Waterbury. At Devon Jct in Milford I'd like to invite you to look at my 12 photo album today's BL20 catches

metsfan Posted June 17, 2008 Share #13 Posted June 17, 2008 HEP units breaking down... at least it means more HP to the wheels for those on the train at the time, making for a possibly shorter faster trip. - Andy
Eric Kreszl Posted June 18, 2008 Share #14 Posted June 18, 2008 Hello, OUTSTANDING PHOTOS! I really liked them. In regards to the HEP issues its a similar situation to the problems NJ Transit had with the PL42AC diesel locomotives when they were first delivered.
