Bracamonte Posted April 17, 2011 Share #1 Posted April 17, 2011 Every time I try to open a route in BVE, I get this error message that said "The train is not found". I have a R32 installed. What's wrong?
Nova RTS 9147 Posted April 17, 2011 Share #2 Posted April 17, 2011 Its most likely not reading the train.dat file properly. If you know the programming, go into the file and see whats up, or redownload the train file. If problems persist contact the train builder from the site you got it from. Bracamonte Posted April 17, 2011 Author Share #3 Posted April 17, 2011 I've downloaded the route and train from BVE Station. I downloaded the R42 and came uo wit the same problem.
Bstyles Posted April 17, 2011 Share #4 Posted April 17, 2011 Oy, this is NOT a train problem. In fact, it has to do with whether or not the route uses the train or not. This is specified in the route file. Open up the route file and see which train it uses, and then download that train(you can't use JUST any train on any given route. Some routes are specifically made for that train). However, if you want to use a custom train on a route, such as a train to your choosing, then download BRR. It should also be in the downloads section.
