Shortline Bus Posted February 13, 2011 Share #1 Posted February 13, 2011 Question guys. Is the Connecticut School of Broadcasting 'legit'? With me on the verge of being laid off again after this school year and my hours already reduced at the school district I work at. i want to try again 1 final time, my dream of breaking into the broadcasting biz. My undergraduate degree is in Communcations/Broadcast Journalism. I always wanted to a be a radio or TV News reporter. I am on a tight budget and will have to pay at least $1,000-$2,000 out of pocket to pay for this. So I can't afford for this to be a fly by night business school. So any advice would be grateful to get a '2nd view' to make sure. Thanks

Trainmaster5 Posted February 15, 2011 Share #3 Posted February 15, 2011 I think that Joe Beningo, one of the mid-day hosts on the "FAN", is a graduate of the school. I know he mentions it and does commercials for the school so I guess the CBS Radio network has vetted it.
