I don't know how they get there but it's still there now. There is definitely no yard with the yellow edge like this though. But hey I have been at Stillwell Av station for like a hundred times and I can tell already that my answer is correct. We have a winner. Ur next. I walked from the back to the front since this train pulled up when I arrived. I do not know if this is normal with the and because I usually sit in the middle or back but the day I took this, I needed to get off at Park Place's front exit. Also the yellow handrail was basically blocking half the door at the time I took the photo, I'm sure the photo doesn't depict that very well.
