Ok why does EC have 4080 and 4375 from LGA?  Are they staying there or are they loans?  Doesn't seem to make any sense.

Extra service for the Co Op routes. Same thing happened when 4588 from LGA and three MHV units were sent there in the summer.

Of course. Point taken esp. the local standard portion. Reason those were mentioned before too early is because Meredith is slowly getting their remaining Prevost order moving the 2012 order to other Staten Island depots. In my take, it was early to tell.
