They will prob wrap a select amount of them for the M86 SBS prob the later units, so they could toss these first bunch on the Lex ave lines or they could just keep the Nova LFSAs wrapped and run with those but XD60s are coming to SBS lines so who knows anymore.

What happens if you get on a train and don't have a ticket or cash or card on you. Do conductors usually let you ride for free?

I believe this is the first stage of sidewalk widening and they are going to limit s/b traffic coming into main st, mostly deliveries and buses

Major bus stop changes at Main St. People gonna get mad at Main St esp. for the Q25/34/65, the Q17/27 as well. Anybody know why the construction tho?

Could they have asked MTA for a bus instead? We have a few extras laying around and there is still the system reserve.

Why does 53rd street get special treatment by being on the main homepage but 121st street doesn't, is it just cause one side is closed so it doesn't matter as much.

Wait if your conductor doesn't check tickets, does that mean you got a free ride? I'm new to the whole LIRR system. Also, what are the craziest conductor related experiences you've had or things you've witnesses because I saw a fare-beater today. I'm curious to how the conductors work.

Where are the following units: 5991, 5993, 5995, 6001, 6019<-idk about this one, 6025 and why do the even numbered units come in later? The XN40s have come in differently.

Pretty sure MTA orders them this way, though right. In the end, pretty sure they finalize the design and color schemes and they are the customer bottom line.

This applies to subways as well. The R142 and R142A are similar in design but made by two different companies. The decision to scrap a bus vs. rebuild one is made on a case by case basis.

Highly doubt it. These buses have I'd say 2 more yrs max., one bad accident or fire and they are gone for good. If it took 1 hr to put out, certainly wasn't a small fire then and apparently there are charred remains.

I was just on the Q44 and if you go north from the 39th ave/main st stop, idk if they're doing things to the machines but they had a lot of crewmen working, they might be moving them idk

The news article said the bus had no passengers, did that mean after they evacuated or before otherwise that M101 was running hot.

#7502 got new trucks according to Fan Railer's video?? So maybe they gonna install some here. Could this be in relation to CBTC or those derailments from a few months ago cause they can record data??

That anecdote about the bus driver saying it's not a local bus. LMAO Express buses are definitely a chance when your waiting. The bus driver could be on the expressway and skipping your stop and you gotta wait 30min for the next one. Most of them do know the route and how to avoid traffic jams.

They all originate from Coney Island Yard but The SAS wrapped train(s) never ran on N, W either. I bet there are certain sets assigned to run on certain lines.
